    The purpose of this study was to create an application to calculate the urban patch. For the effective operation of the application was developed algorithm approximating cuboids walls of the building, from which then could be counted on urban patch. The application allows you to preview approximated building in two and three dimensions and the effect of approximation rectangles of the building line. The calculation results were checked by comparing with a similar program.
