Workings complex »Zejście Kalwaria« is located in eastern part of Salt Mine »Bochnia« and connects levels: I-st Danielowiec and IV-th August. For the sake of historical and geological function, this workings was enclosed of conservation protect. »Zejście Kalwaria« will be included to Touristic Route after reconstruction. The subject of this work is analysis of conservation and protects works in workings on Sobieski level, which are under reconstruction at this moment. This section includes galleries Reichetzer V and Sobieski towards crossing with gallery Anguła. This paper describes reconstruction continuation, which fist stage, was presented in XII-th International Symposium »Geotechnics 2008«.

Mury obronne miasta Malbork

This paper describes characteristics of the ancient, medieval walls of town Malbork. This article includes description of fortified walls extending along the river Nogat, in the area from the castle to the bridge on the road to Gdansk and also fragments of fortifications in the west of densely built-up part of the town. There were presented results of research and exploratory work aimed at assessing the technical condition of fortified walls of Malbork and also there were discussed the program of conservation and repair work. There were described reasons for disastrous state of the fortification structure. There were characterized temporary protection of the fortifications construction, after which should be proceed a comprehensive repair and maintenance of the historic area of the existing town walls in Malbork. The whole article is characterized by photographic documentation and documentation of build - implementing along with implementing the drainage system. This article constitutes the first part, while the second one will concern fortified walls of Malbork Castle.

Revitalization of Plauen's Dike within the historical defence walls of the Malbork Castle Museum in Malbork

Kompleks zamkowy w Malborku, który stanowią Zamek Wysoki, Zamek Średni, Zamek Niski - Przedzamcze oddzielone murami obronnymi, tworzy formę architektury fortyfikacyjnej. W artykule przedstawiono rewitalizację terenu Muzeum Zamkowego wraz z przyległymi obszarami gminy Malbork ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem prac konserwatorskich historycznych obiektów fortyfikacyjnych wschodniej części Przedzamcza. Rewitalizacja tego rejonu nastawiona jest na udostępnienie społeczeństwu zabytkowych terenów z równoczesnym dostosowaniem do współczesnych potrzeb turystów oraz przywróceniu im określonej formy ustalonej w wyniku badań naukowych. W obszarze kompleksu zamkowego w Malborku przy Wałach von Plauena poprzez modernizację infrastruktury i konserwację obiektów fortyfikacyjnych nastąpi ożywienie i usprawnienie ruchu turystycznego oraz aktywizacja turystyczna.
