    The paper presents the subject of landslides, their classification, types, factors initiating their formation and the stages of formation. The main issue is to demonstrate techniques and methods of protecting forms of landslide. Described in detail landslide stabilization systems used primarily in terms of their technology implementation. The summary of the theoretical part of the discussed methods of stabilization is to present their practical application in the listed examples of stabilization of landslides in the passageways. In the described embodiments are ways to strengthen the landslide scarps and respiratory protection against the effects of geodynamic processes. The key issue is the stability analysis, modeling the behavior of the landslide scarp and technical solutions to ensure the safety of road users, adjacent to the active portion of the slope.
