Wydział Inżynierii Mechanicznej i RobotykiPart of this work was presented method of continuous analysis of the technical condition of the steel cord belt. The third chapter analyzes the state of knowledge concerning issues related to the connections of the steel cord belt. The type of connection has a significant influence on the recorded signal. The fourth chapter describes the test methods the steel cord belt, which are currently the most widely used worldwide to test their technical condition. The next chapter presents a description of the Polish technical condition of the test method developed in the tapes University of Science and Technology and for years used for the diagnosis of tendon steel and rubber and conveyor belts. In the sixth chapter presents the assumptions necessary for the construction of a new innovative system of measurement used to evaluate the technical condition of the steel cord belt. The seventh chapter describes the diagnostic system, with particular emphasis on mechanical and electronic parts included in the system. In the eighth chapter presented the verification tests of this method of continuous analysis of the technical condition of the steel cord belt in the laboratory and in industrial conditions on a real object. In the ninth chapter of this work, based on laboratory tests, we estimated the value of the measurement uncertainty of the analyzer.
