    Characteristic of doping process as one of steps to manufacturing silicon solar cells was performed in this thesis. Also differences as resulting from variant level of the emitter dopant concentration and the type of collocation was indicated. Current- voltage characteristic was made. Sheet resistant was measured by using four- point probe. The most important factors affecting the electrical parameters of silicon solar cells was indentified.
