    This master thesis concerns designing 3D seismic images, presented on the example of two seismic images: Gruszów – Nieczajna 3D and Gruszów – Smęgorzów 3D. The initial chapters acquaint the reader with the terminology used in seismic 3D. This chapters also describe phenomenon that are associated with this methods. Afterwards, there was conducted analysis and comparison of 3D seismic images designed in contiguous place. These examples show the impact range of the right methodical parameters for achieved purpose and the quality of received data. Competently designed 3D seismic images enable to recreate inside figure formation thoroughly. Given this, we can get to know the complicated structure of the hydrocarbons’ deposits, what is the key to achieve success in petroleum industry.
