Niniejszy projekt inżynierski ma na celu ocenę stanu środowiska w rejonie nowo projektowanej obwodnicy „ Górna” w Łodzi, której budowa ma się rozpocząć na początku 2012 roku. Według Rozporządzenia Ministra Ochrony Środowiska, Zasobów Naturalnych i Leśnictwa z dnia 14 lipca 1998 r. w sprawie określenia rodzajów inwestycji szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska i zdrowia ludzi albo mogących pogorszyć stan środowiska oraz wymagań, jakimi powinny odpowiadać oceny oddziaływania na środowisko tych inwestycji, planowana budowa trasy „Górna” w Łodzi znajduje się na liście obiektów szczególnie szkodliwych dla środowiska i zdrowia ludzi. Ocena stanu środowiska jest w tym przypadku niezbędna do zaprojektowania sposobów zabezpieczenia środowiska gruntowowodnego przed wpływem projektowanej inwestycji. Ocenę stanu środowiska przeprowadzono w oparciu o wyniki badań gruntu i wody gruntowej.

Ocena stanu środowiska w rejonie Zakładów Górniczo-Hutniczych „Bolesław” w Bukownie

The aim of this work was an assessment of the environment quality in the region of the Mining and Metal Works “Bolesław” in Bukowno. For this purpose, 13 surface water samples and 25 soil samples have been collected. In the waters, selected physical parameters (pH, electrolytic conductivity, temperature, colour, turbidity, O2 saturation) as well as major and minor ions have been analysed. The contents of lead, zinc and cadmium in soils have been evaluated using AAS. The results have shown that soils as well as surface waters in this area are highly contaminated. The waters are turbid, usually highly mineralised and exhibit elevated zinc contents. The pollution is caused mainly by mine saline waters and sewage discharges. High phosphate, nitrate and ammonium levels in some samples indicate also contamination by municipal wastewaters. The soils are usually alkaline or neutral and are highly polluted by Cd, Pb and Zn. The contamination can be related to Zn-Pb mining and smelting in this area, but may also be a result of geological factors, with the presence orebearing dolostones in the bedrock being the most important.
