    This thesis aims to present two electromagnetic methods: TDEM method and CSAMT method. Both of them are used to determine the resistivity of the geological medium, using an artificial field source for generating electromagnetic field. The study was performed in Rudka deposits, which is made up of alternate layers of clay-sandstone, which accumulate hydrocarbons. The interpretation was made by Occam Invesion method and a 2D resistivity crosssection was obtained. It was compares with the result of the Occam interpretation of the CSAMT data. In the TDEM method we obtained higher resolution and greater depth range than in the CSAMT method.
