Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Initial analysis of the accuracy of position determination using ASG-EUPOS NAVGEO (RTK VRS) service(2010) Uradziński, Marcin; Doskocz, AdamASG-EUPOS system, as a part of Project EUPOS (European Position Determination System), is a new multifunctional system of precise satellite positioning in Poland. It makes GNSS corrections and raw observations collected at 116 reference stations accessible to the users, what provides precise real time positioning, post-processing and supports navigation in the whole area of Poland. This new system, which is based on reference stations network including EUREF-POL, POLREF and EUVN points, accomplishes ETRF89 reference system. One of the most accurate real time positioning services provided by ASG-EUPOS is NAVGEO service, which is RTK VRS network solution. It enables streaming of RTCM corrections for mobile users by using the latest mobile communication technologies such as GPRS or UMTS in any area covered by a cell-phone network. Noting great potential of RTK technique (enabling positioning to centimeter accuracy), authors decided to put NAVGEO service into test as a potential tool for map and geographical databases updating. Our approach of testing the performance of this service is based on field experiments and the analysis of both the accuracy and availability of RTK data using mobile wireless transmissions. We investigate the advantages and disadvantages of this service. Experiments were conducted on the test marks which were determined by static occupation (below centimeter level of accuracy) under different conditions (opened areas and covered by trees and buildings). All the tests were performed in the various periods of time using the latest Topcon HyperPro GPS/GLONASS receivers.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Moduł bezpieczeństwa na jachcie z automatycznym powiadomieniem ratownictwa wodnego(Data obrony: 2019-12-09) Mańka, Jakub

One of such methods is PPP method which allows the determination of a trend for the station without a correlation (direct determination of the position of each station separately). To achieve accuracy comparable with relative positioning, there is the need to use external, high‑precision data or models (e.g. precise satellite orbits and clocks, ionosphere and tropo‑ sphere models, etc.) while the PPP method is applied. The main purpose of the presented research is preliminary analyses of the results of processing daily GPS observations from permanent stations with the use of the PPP method. Daily GPS observational data in RINEX format have been acquired from a total of nine selected GNSS permanent stations from the Polish ASG EUPOS and the Ukrainian UA-EUPOS/ZAKPOS systems. As external data for PPP solutions JPL products have been used. A seven‑year time series was created for each station.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Studying the sensitivity of satellite altimetry, tide gauge and GNSS observations to changes in vertical displacements(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Pająk, Katarzyna; Kowalczyk, Kamil; Kaminskis, Jānis; Idzikowska, MagdalenaTide gauge observations provide sea level relative to the Earth's crust, while satellite altimetry measures sea level variations relative to the centre of the Earth's mass. Local vertical land motion can be a significant contribution to the measured sea level change. Satellite altimetry was traditionally used to study the open ocean, but this technology is now being used over inland seas too. The difference of both observations can be used to estimate vertical crustal movement velocities along the sea coast. In this paper, vertical crustal movement velocities were investigated at tide gauge sites along the Adriatic Sea coast by analyzing differences between Tide Gauge (TG) and Satellite Altimetry (SA) observations. Furthermore, the estimated vertical motion rates were compared with those from nearby GNSS measurements. The study determines the practical relationships between these vertical crustal movements and those determined from unrelated data acquired from the neighbouring GNSS stations. The results show general consistence with the present geodynamics in the Adriatic Sea coastal zone.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Technologia generowanie ortofotomapy z BSP na wybranym przykładzie(Data obrony: 2021-01-22) Spyrłak, Jakub

In areas requiring decimeter precision, Internet online post-processing services are a potential tool for developing GNSS observations. These services have been contributed by a number of organizations, providing users simple, unlimited, and (above all) free access. As a result, online services could be an alternative to complex and expensive commercial programs. Authors analyzed free public online GNSS services for post-processing kinematic 5-second observations in PPP mode with accuracy estimation.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , The potential to use smartphone‑based GNSS receivers for surveying(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2020) Gabryszuk, JustynaThe aim of the present study was to investigate the possibility of using smart‑phone‑grade GNSS receivers for surveying purposes and to examine their accuracy in terms of positioning. The paper presents an analysis of the results of test measurements made using two smartphones: a Huawei P8 lite, powered by Android 6.0 and an iPhone 6s, operating on IOS 10.1.1. Both devices were equipped with GPS and GLONASS modules and had the supporting system, A‑GPS. Measurements were made on two test parcels of different shapes and sizes. The test procedure encompassed three measurement series (I-III), each of which consisted of five determinations. The determinations were done at 5‑min time intervals and each new measuring session began after 90 min from the previous one. Measurements with the Huawei P8 lite were taken using the Locus Map app, and measurements with the iPhone 6s were performed with the use of Map‑o‑meter. The study consisted of determining the positioning accuracy of the test smartphones by comparing the results with reference coordinates obtained from RTN measurements using the Topcon HiPer V receiver with Magnet Tools software. Determinations of the reference coordinates were done with the help of the TPI NetPro network real‑time service corrections.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Wyznaczenie dokładności pomiaru punktów metodą RTK/RTN w zależności od doboru systemów GNSS(Data obrony: 2021-01-14) Drabek, Marek; Cudzich, Marcin Andrzej
