    The aim of this thesis was to create a system that allows visualization of the GPX files on maps using a distributed database. Created an application using Ruby on Rails framework'a and Google Maps JavaScript library v3.Do data archiving has been used for the MySQL database system, which was distributed by fragmentation. Website allows you to visualize your GPX files on Google maps, adding to the selected coordinate photo and description. Users can also create their own files by marking points on a map or editing a previously downloaded files. To properly use the application, you should to register with it or login.
