Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThesis is the analysis and evaluation of the stability of three working slopes in Sand Mine „Szczakowa” within the deposits „Szczakowa Pole I” and „Szczakowa Pole II”. Using the program SLOPE / W owned to the company Geo-SLOPE International multivariate calculations were carried out. On the basis of these studies safe angles slopes and their optimal parameters were determined. Ground for calculation were the results of laboratory tests of engineering and geological sands parameters and technological of cutting drums machines parameters.
