    The purpose of present thesis was to inventory values of tourism and spa and to create valorization of Lądek Zdrój. The methodology on which the thesis is based on is method grading point. Method grading point was created by Teofil Lijewski, Bogdan Mikułowski and Jerzy Wyrzykowski. Another part of thesis is to rate the quality tourism and spa infrastructure in Lądek Zdrój. Analysis was created by use Adam Szromek’s indicators of tourism function.

    Thesis describes issues concerning thermal water of Ladek Zdroj. It presents opportunities of its utilization in balneology and recreation. Attached chemical analysis show different types of hydro geochemical water. Thesis also describes specific components that give water its healing features. Finally, it includes so called medicinal profile, a list of diseases that are cured in Ladek-Zdroj.
