    Master's thesis describe process of production compute cluster based on open source operating system as is Linux. Ready outcome is KVM virtual machine, which could be used to create high performance cluster using disk less node. To deploy this cluster is needed server with processor supporting virtualization and Linux x64 installed. It has to be connected with nodes in one LAN segment. Nodes are booting from main server over TCP/IP network using PXE so they Ethernet card has to support PXE technology. Deployed cluster uses MPICH2 library which is described by MPI standard. In cluster are used many protocols and services like Torque, DHCP, TFTP, DNS, NFS, LDAP.
