    The aim of the master’s thesis was the assessment of underground waters quality in a part of catchment in chosen river of the Raba basin. Mszanka River was chosen – the biggest right-bank tributary of upstream Raba River. On requirements of the thesis seven samples of water had been taken and thereafter, their chemical composition were analysed. The point assessment demonstrated that two samples of water have first class of groundwater quality and five samples – second class. The area assessment let to describe chemical status as good. In final part of thesis results were compared with outcomes of M. Kalczyńska thesis from 2007. This assessment showed improvement of groundwater quality Mszanka catchment.
