    Using the method of GPR in archaeological studies of sacral buildings is becoming more popular. This paper presents the GPR survey performed in the Church of Saints Peter and Paul in Krakow, whose purpose was to determine the underground construction of the nave for the creation of the National Pantheon. The results were processed in the programs Ground Vision 2 and Reflex, showing which the program is more efficient to process the GPR data. In the last part of the job processed profiles have been interpretations.
