Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaWithin the Vardar Zone in Balkan Peninsula several $Pb+Zn+Ag$ ore districts are known. Composition of primary $Pb+Zn+Ag$ ore mineralization in Stan Terg deposit (Kosovo) has been considered. Descriptions of samples from different orebodies show, that the compositional and distributional character of ore is unique in each of them. Following the precipitation of minerals, bismuth minerals are assigned to late metasomathic phase and are straight common with certain galena generation. In hydrothermal phase four stages are distinguished: lead-zinc, copper, silver and antimony one. Silver mineral association (pyrargyrite, stephanite, pyrostilpnite, freieslebenite, polybasite and $Ag$ rich tetrahedrite to freibergite) is described for the first time. Possible temperatures of mineral precipitating are considered.
