Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Analiza możliwości zagospodarowania wód geotermalnych w rejonie miasta Pilzna(Data obrony: 2011-09-30) Kusz, Anna
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaAim of this study is to analyze and evaluate the possibilities of geothermal waters found in the area of the city Pilzno. The main problem is the choice of the aquifer, whose exploitation will be most advantageous. Then determined the usefulness of water due to its temperature and mineralization for the purpose of balneological, recreation and more. In order to use geothermal water properties proposed construction of the spa, an outdoor recreation pool, drying of wood, reservoir farm for fish thermophilic, greenhouses and a system of pipes to the de-icing sidewalks or school playground.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Rozwój mioceńskiej serii ewaporatowej w rejonie Pilzna(Data obrony: 2010-12-14) Szarek, Paweł
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaMiocene evaporites that occurs in polish part of carpatian foredeep, are known as main corelation level for geophysical research. Pilzno region lies above the Southern border of chemical sediments occurrence. Evaporites in this area are: sulphates, mostly anhydrites and chlorides, rock salts, clays and anhydrites. Age of the sediments is estimated at 13,6 Ma, the center badenian. After deposition, evaporites were repeatedly subjected to the processes of dissolution, resedimentation and erosion, due to miocene river activitity. During the tectonical rebuliding of the Carpathians, chlorides were uprooted from their original position, at the bottom of the basin and became a part of Zgłobice unit. Evaporitic sediments in Pilzno region were not subject of exploitation, because of considerable depth and the complicated geological structure. The paper highlights occurrence of metasomatic changes in anhydrites due to termochemical sulphate reduction process and the impact of these changes on the occurrence of gas fields.
