    The purpose of present thesis is hydrogeochemical characteristic of water pumped up in south-west part of GZW, with particular consideration for specific components. Hydrogeochemical characteristic prepared as based on an archival analyses of physicochemical composition of waters pumped up from defunct mains “Rymer” and “ Żory”. Stability evaluation of chemical components was conducted by control charts and background concentration was assigned for main and specific components. KWK “Rymer” and “Żory” main waters come under mineral waters containing specific components, with stable chemical composition. However, because of excess permissible concentration of undesirable and toxic chemical components can not be use for medicine and human consumption.
