    The purpose of present thesis was to identify natural therapeutic resources in Krakow – Swoszowice Spa and to create spa tourism product. The methodology on which the thesis is based is the scheme of the tourism product structure from the viewpoints of tourist/ patient and producer which was presented by J. Kaczmarek, A. Stasiak and B. Włodarczyk. It allowed for specifying the layers in the structure of the spa tourism product and showing the differences in their factor range, taking into account the point of view of a tourist / patient and the manufacturer. SERVQUAL, the method of measuring quality and satisfaction, was the basis for define levels in the spa tourism product structure. The author who based on the SERVQUAL method concluded which levels of spa tourism product structure should be change or improve.
