    Charakterystyka okruszcowania złoża Stara Góra

    The main aim of this study was to characterize ore mineralization on arsenic, gold and copper mining dumps in Stara Góra. During study hydrothermal origin of deposits also tried to be proved. 36 rock samples were collected from the largest dumps of Wilhelm and Miner consolation fields. Macroscopic and microscopic studies as well as EDS data helped to deter-mine the association of 26 ore minerals. Two of them have not been previously described. Ore minerals has been formed at several hydrothermal stages transformations, and during wather-ing processes runing within the dumps. Observations of strong hydrothermal alterations in the surrounding rocks, such as sericitization, pyritization, chloritization and carbonatization sug-gest magmatic origin of solution. The presence of arenopiryte, pyrite, chalkopiryte, sphalerite and Bi tellurides Bi suggest different temperature of their formation (from katathermal to tele-thermal).
