    The purpose of this thesis is to present and discuss the results of field studies which were carried out by Geophysik GGD GmbH in the area of Głogów Głęboki –Przemysłowy. The application called Geographix created by Haliburton Company was used to conduct analysis of two –dimensional Seismic surveys, which aimed at determining geological borders and tectonic structures. Results presented in this work were prepared for KGHM Polska Miedź SA which plans to mine copper ores in this area by 2018. This thesis concerns only the surroundings of Stara Rzeka.
