Analiza zmian stężeń metanu i jego cięższych homologów pomierzonych w powietrzu glebowym nad złożem gazu "Wierzchowice", w kontekście oceny charakteru przenikania węglowodorów

The thesis presents analysis, of results of Department of Fossil Fuels survey (Górecki et. al., 1995), from 410 soil gas samples measured around 41 boreholes. For the concentrations of methane, ethane. propane, izo- butane, n- butane, ethylene, propylene, 1-butene and for sum of alkane’s (C2-C4) and alkene’s (C2-C4) concentrations have been calculated basically, statistical parameters: maximum, minimum, mean and median values, standard deviation and quantity of samples where concentration was more than 0. Moreover was set boreholes, where had noticed significant number of unnatural relation between hydrocarbons, drawn histograms and probability diagrams in purpose of characterize the statistical distribution for methane, sum of its heavier homologies and sum of alkenes. In purpose of appoint the character of hydrocarbons migration was calculated ethane/ethylene ratio (C2/C2=), however than was estimated number of biochemical methane based on methane/ethane ratio (C1/C2). For C1/C2 i C2/C2= was constructed histograms and probability diagrams, and was appointed characteristic subpopulations. Results of coefficients analysis was presented in tables and circle plots. For each borehole was appointed mean and maximum values of methane, sum of its heavier homologies and alkenes.

Model geologiczny złoża gazu ziemnego Wierzchowice

Celem pracy jest przedstawienie modelu geologicznego złoża gazu ziemnego Wierzchowice. W projekcie zestawiono literaturę z lat 90 ubiegłego wieku z najnowszymi artykułami, dotyczącymi tego zagadnienia. Ukazana została również ewolucja modelu budowy geologicznej złoża z lat dziewięćdziesiątych i współczesnych, wynikająca ze zmiany planów zagospodarowania złoża oraz wykorzystania nowoczesnych metod poszukiwawczych. W pracy scharakteryzowano również największy podziemny magazyn gazu w Polsce oraz jeden z największych w Europie – PMG Wierzchowice.

Ocena wpływu charakteru nadkładu nad złożem gazu ziemnego Wierzchowice na rozkład mikrostężeń węglowodorów przypowierzchniowych

In this thesis attempts have been made to prove the relation between overburden rock parameters and near-surface hydrocarbon concentrations. Author focused mainly on analysis of total zechstein salt sediments thickness. Studied area was a former gas field, now an underground natural gas storage, Wierzchowice. Statistical methods were used on results from laboratory-researched geochemical samples in order to assess the features of anomalies. It has been confirmed, that hydrocarbons microseepage from a subsurface natural gas source. Charts of geochemical anomalies were made, and put together with total salt sediments thickness. The results indicate that no relation exist.
