    Wpływ składowiska odpadów z zakładów metalowych w Sławkowie na środowisko wodne

    The waste site located in Slawkow is filled with acidic wastes originating from chemical etching of steel. This kind of waste because of its physico-chemical properties can pose a threat to the aquatic environment. The leach test performed on the samples of waste collected from different depths, resulted in determining the possible constituents leached off from the waste site to groundwater. The impact of the waste site was specified through comparing the chemical composition of Biala Przemsza water and its supplies to the pore water from the wastes. Although, the hydrodynamics in invastigated area was changed by the influence of mines of zinc and lead, the migration of contaminants to Biala Przemsza was showed.
