We develop this system to automate monitoring of distributes systems. Both solutions are aimed to monitor data storage and web services like web page servers. The first solution implemented in a system called Saude-Net, is an rule-based top level monitoring tool. In this system there are implemented rules which provide conditions which refer to one or more measured values. This system is able to choose the best action for an observed situation, e.g. a failure. It is possible to define more than one rule which relate to the same monitoring resource. The second concept presented in this paper refers to a fuzzy logic agent based approach to network monitoring. It is called SAMM compliant Agent. It is an extension to the Semantic-based Autonomous Monitoring and Management system (SAMM). On the one hand, it uses rules to define simple actions, based on a simple condition and an action description. On the other hand the main knowledge of this solution is defined by fuzzy logic. This system is able to manage and modify its knowledge to better fit to monitored resources. The knowledge in this concept is distributed among all the agents. The system is based on MT-101 module. This is industrial controller with SIM card, so it can works in GSM/GPRS cellular phone network. Data are received from the module by GPRS modem which is connected to a main PC computer. Data are transmitted through GPRS network having a form of frames of industrial Modbus protocol. On the main PC an OPC Server is running, making the MT-101's resources accessible. With a wrapper DLL library it was possible to process and visualize data using an application in MATLAB. The main purpose of the research was to compare delays for modes of transmission. The first one was based on sending test packet directly after information about receiving previous packet. On the second case frames was sending with constant time interval, consequently was making transmission delays. The research have showed that the first approach is much better. It is clearly visible on delay histograms. It is possible to develop a distributed control system based on GPRS technology. Dynamical objects controlled in such a way must be asymptotically stable.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Automated transfer point URB/ZS-3(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2017) Krauze, Krzysztof; Rączka, Waldemar Stanisław; Sibielak, Marek; Konieczny, Jarosław; Kubiak, Dariusz; Culer, Henryk; Bajus, DanielIn the KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. mines, excavated material is transported by transport trucks to transfer points and then by belt conveyors to near-shaft storage reservoirs, from where the excavated material is transported to the surface by means of a shaft transport system. Transfer from the means of non-continuous haulage to the continuous transport systems takes place at transfer points, where the excavated material is divided into two fractions: oversized grain and undersized grain. The oversized excavated material (which stays on the grating) is subjected to a process of crushing with the use of jack hammers. The article describes the URB/ZS-3 device for the automatic cleaning of the grating at transfer points, and briefly describes the design and principle of operation of the device. It also presents the purpose of constructing a block-crushing device and the method of its automation.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Automation of selected electrodynamic plastic metalworking operations(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Bednarczyk, JózefThe article presents examples ofautomated seats designed for electrodynamic metalworking, which have been built at the Department of Process Control - the University of Science and Technology (AGH-USC) in Cracow. Electrodynamic technology, which is intensely developed abroad, is one of the methods involving high-power plastic metal forming. It maintains characteristics of other surge-type methods, e.g. explosive or electro-hydrodynamic, regarding working potential, and at the same time it may be fully automated, unlike these methods. The measurements is inhibited by particular condition of the operation in high industrial halls: movements and vibration (if the production is not stopped), the movements of the different conveyance and dust. If the production is stopped still remain the problems with high, danger (high voltage), weak lights, inhibit access and time restriction. Due to problems of leveling measurement the deflection of cranes in high halls, the one-images photogrammetric method is very often the best. It was use in analogue version. The digital photogrammetry shows the new possibility. In this paper three methods are presented: analogue, digital-analogue (the scanned images measurements on the photogrammetric station), and automatic image processing. The description of used technologies made rich about conclusion and recommendation for the next performers. The results of the experimental measurements and their accuracy are presented. Presented results allows to treat these described photogrammetric method as fully useful and value in accuracy. Despite its industrial relevance, the process remains dependent on manual labour and operator expertise, leading to challenges in process stability, reproducibility, and efficiency. Traditional automation approaches are impractical due to the high variability and low production volumes typical of open-die forging. At the Institute of Metal Forming (IMF) at the TU Bergakademie Freiberg, a novel concept for autonomous open-die forging has been developed and tested. The system combines conventional forging equipment with advanced technologies, including industrial robotics, 3D laser scanning, thermal imaging, and modular control software. Central to the concept is a robot cell operating as a distributed system, where sensor data is used to create a digital twin of the workpiece. This enables adaptive process planning and real-time autonomous operative adjustments. A process planning tool generates pass sequences and commands for manipulator movements, while an electromechanical interface allows indirect control of the forging press. The modular software architecture, coordinated by a central core-module, ensures flexibility and facilitates integration into different production environments. Initial trials demonstrate the system’s potential to improve process stability and quality while reducing dependency on manual operation. The solution to these problems is automation using machines with two- or multi-axis systems. The design of a station for welding elements of car mufflers focuses on the automation of one of the processes at Ulter-Sport Sp. z o.o. through the use of a prototype five-axis numerically controlled station. The use of this type of solution provides the operator with the opportunity to quickly develop new welding cycles, which are repeatedly and accurately mapped using a ball system and stepper motors. The spacious working area and large movement capabilities of the torch allow the machine to adapt to perform other welding tasks.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Exploring relative instances of exposure in equilibrium of migration processes based on population characteristics(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2017) Pitlik, László; Kollár, Péter|Fülöp, Zsolt|Madarász, ImreCybernetic states of law try to plan each activity - especially migration issues. The planning process has the following question originating in socio-cybernetics in its core: Where can it be assumed that the population characteristics are higher/lower than rational? The planning levels can be different: from the continent or country levels via statistic regions or micro-regions to settlements (even at the street and house levels). Parallel to the aggregation like population density (or annual growth rate), models can also be developed for arbitrary layers of demographical statistics, like the required ratio of males and females in different age-groups and/or education categories, etc. The models can analyze time-periods (e.g., years, time intervals) to ensure that dynamic processes will not actually be covered through static evaluation. The necessary data asset (a kind of Big Data) is given by OECD/ EUROSTAT, for example The questions and data assets are well-known. The modeling methodology consists of potential know-how: through estimations of staircase functions in the framework of online similarity analyses, regional norm values can be derived for targeted population characteristics. Therefore, the European strategy concerning the integration of massive volumes of migrants can be supported in an objective way. Analogue analyses with the same methodology have already been derived for parts of Germany and Hungary. Similarity analysis is an artificial intelligence-based approach with its own consistence-oriented quality assurance layers. The data-driven policy creation needs methodologies where objectivity is provided through optimization in the modeling based on arbitrary phenomena. The modeling philosophy should try to ensure a kind of regional multi-layered equilibrium (sustainability, cf. Kazohinia). The outlined methodology can be seen as a sort of automated SWOT analysis where each conclusion will be derived from the raw statistics in a direct way - without the risk of human subjectivity intervening in the process. The modeling spectrum consists of three levels: (1) Explorative modeling is able to derive basic characteristics for ceteris paribus perspectives through the complex functions. The standard analytical potential works with ceteris paribus parameters, based on the appropriate literature sources. (2) Antidiscriminative modeling is capable of deriving ranks for objects without an actual learning pattern, for the so-called production functions. (3) A cybernetic state of law should be able to have robot-planning values supporting human decision processes. Mechanization of works covers further areas which enable the process of automation of underground mining processes. The article presents the leading solutions in the field of mechanization and automation in mine transport, the mechanization of sharing and auxiliary works, and the remote control of belt conveyors and main switchboards. This paper presents innovative solutions adopted in the following areas automation of plunge drainage system, based on the example of »Dębina« salt dome barrier wells; - use of high-power submersible pumps in pumping stations of surface drainage systems. Automations of the environmentally friendly »Dębina« salt dome barrier wells designed and implemented as ring barrier wells, is an example of appropriate approach adopted to optimize the performance of deep wells in relation to hydraulic and energy efficiency. Large drainage, including surface water pumping stations operated in opencast mines, such as PGE KWB Bełchatów SA can be identified as one of the potential applications of submersible pumps. An effective drainage system guarantees the safety of mining operations. Additionally, drainage system affects the environment therefore we carry out detailed monitoring which enables us to observe achieved results and changes in the hydrogeological and hydrochemical conditions. The article presents the technical progress of construction process of the mine's large pumping stations and pumping of groundwater, which is being continuously carried out by KWB »Bełchatów« professionals. Innovative technical solutions applied in the optimization of pumping systems lead to increased energy efficiency and reduction of the pumping costs. Good cooperation between the pump manufacturers and the mine allows creation of innovative solutions to design high power submersible pump with high energy efficiencies. As a result of the use of submersible OZ pumps pumping systems became fully automated hence they do not require an ongoing service. Digitalizacja obiektów 3D to stosunkowo nowa dziedzina usług, której rozwój rozpoczął się przed kilkoma laty wraz z pojawieniem się skanerów laserowych, upowszechnieniem fotografi i cyfrowej i wzrostem możliwości programów graficznych oraz sprzętu komputerowego. Obecnie proces digitalizacji odbywa się z wykorzystaniem wielu „podprocesów” z różnych dziedzin, począwszy od skanowania naziemnymi skanerami laserowymi wykorzystywanymi w przemyśle i geodezji, manualnego pozyskania wysokorozdzielczych zdjęć cyfrowych, poprzez pracochłonną obróbkę pozyskanych danych (zdjęć i chmur punktów), optymalizację uzyskanych danych i integrację danych obrazowych z danymi geometrycznymi, aż po ostateczną wizualizację obiektu i jego publikację. Wiąże się to z koniecznością wykorzystania wielu urządzeń i programów komputerowych oraz wielokrotnym eksportem i importem danych do i z różnych środowisk programowych. Jest to proces skomplikowany, wymagający wiedzy z wielu dziedzin, dostępu do różnorodnych urządzeń i oprogramowania komputerowego, a przede wszystkim pracochłonny i kosztowny. Niniejszy artykuł prezentuje wyniki projektu badawczego zrealizowanego przez firmę Terramap sp. z o.o., którego efektem jest urządzenie pomiarowe do digitalizacji 3D, umożliwiające pozyskiwanie i przetwarzanie danych. Cechą charakterystyczną systemu jest automatyczne pozyskiwanie informacji zarówno o geometrii obiektu (digitalizacja przestrzenna), jak i informacji barwnej w przestrzeni RGB o tym obiekcie (wysokorozdzielcze zdjęcia cyfrowe). Oprogramowanie urządzenia pozwala na planowanie i sterowanie procesem pozyskania danych, ich przetwarzanie oraz opracowanie materiału gotowego do prezentacji.
