Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Ocena wielkości naturalnej emisji metanu ze złoża gazu ziemnego Lachowice(Data obrony: 2012-10-19) Trytko, Jacek
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe paper presents measurement results of emission and results of the basin modeling carry out in the western part of the Polish Outer Carpathians. Modelling of hydrocarbons generation, expulsion and migration processes were made using the PetroMOD software. The geochemical investigations were carried out with the application of the method of static chambers in 16 stations located within and out of the Lachowice deposit contour. The measurements included changes of concentrations of hydrocarbon gases and carbon dioxide, which naturally escape to the atmosphere. Altogether 152 gas samples were taken. The concentration changes were analyzed in the following time intervals: 0, 3, 9 and 21 minutes. Methane concentrations ranged from approximately 1.7 ppm up to 17.6 ppm with the mean value equal to 3.51 ppm. The Dynamics of its concentrations was most distinct in 0-9 minute interval and it was changing within the range of -0,62 do 0,10 ppm*min-1. The calculated emission quantities ranged from -93,361 do 15,043 mg*m-2*d-1 with the mean value equal to -6,269mg*m-2*d. Both the modelling and field research results indicate that a gas-condensate accumulation can be found in the region of research.
