    In this master thesis below the impact of variable contain of clays on parameters measured in well logging was described. The data was received from Poszukiwania Nafty i Gazu Jasło. The thesis is divided into few different chapters. The first one contains geological, stratigraphical and tectonical characteristics of the reservoir and the wells. The second chapter consists of information regarding geophysical researches conducted during the prospecting of the reservoir. The third one contains information about clay minerals and their amount as a parameter, in the fourth one analysis of cross-plots in GeoWin program was made. The fifth chapter depicts the analysis of the influence of variable parameters on porosity and resistivity of the rocks and in the sixth one the interpretation made in GeoWin program is presented. The last one contains the conclusions.
