Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Algorytm sterowania ruchem wzbudnika i mocą zapewniający równomierny rozkład temperatury nagrzewanego indukcyjnie obracającego się walca stalowego(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Frączyk, Andrzej; Urbanek, Piotr; Kucharski, JacekIn the paper the influence of the type of inductor's movement and heating power control on the uniformity of temperature distribution along the cylinder axis has been analysed. In two control loops governing movement of the inductor and it's heating power the PD algorithms have been used. Obtained results confirm usefulness of proposed method for efficient forming of the temperature profile along cylinder axis.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Semi-active suspension system with an MR rotary damper(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Rosół, Maciej; Gorczyca, PrzemysławThe paper is concerned with a laboratory semi-active suspension system (SAS), built to demonstrate and test a number of control algorithms. The heart of the system is the automotive engineering magnetorheological (MR) rotary damper used as an actuator. The MR rotary damper enables to control the SAS damping torque in a continuous way. A designed on-off controller automatically adjusts the damping coefficient to generate the torque required to reduce the amount of energy transmitted from the source of vibrations to the suspended equipment. The experimental results of laboratory investigations of the designed control algorithm in respect to the RD-2087-01 damper have been presented.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , The active noise control issues related to the noise generated by the power transformers(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2005) Zawieska, Wiktor MarekThe paper presents vibroacoustic tests of power transformers with regard to active reduction of their noise. Basic sources of vibroacoustic energy are determined and a system of active reduction of noise (ANC) emitted by power transformers, developed by CIOP-PIB, is presented. Moreover, the results of preliminary tests of the system in real conditions are presented.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Współczesne algorytmy sterowania maszyn górnictwa odkrywkowego w przykładach aplikacyjnych(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2011) Jabłoński, Mariusz; Anuszczyk, JanThe article discusses the effects of our own service and start-up works, review and projects, carried out in years 2006-2010 in the areas of the of KWB »Bełchatów« quarry and KWB »Turów« quarry. While these work there were made several of studies and analysis of the solutions there were used in both the programming technique, communication and drive systems. Research was focused on the KTZ system machines and their working conditions. All this was supported by graphical verification. Studies carried out in the article consists mainly of inverter drive systems and drive motors control algorithms of the traverse, rotation and lift either using a speed sensor or sensorless. During the research, there was carried out several working tests at working mining machines, and modifications of control algorithms implemented for commercial inverter systems software, PLC and HMI systems responsible for the drive work of testing machine. The main purpose of all the work was reducing of jittering and vibration during machine operation and ensuring a high level of operational reliability of the solutions, improving of mobility and safety.
