Existence and controllability results for damped second order impulsive functional differential systems with state-dependent delay

In this paper, we investigate the existence and controllability of mild solutions for a damped second order impulsive functional differential equation with state-dependent delay in Banach spaces. The results are obtained by using Sadovskii’s fixed point theorem combined with the theories of a strongly continuous cosine family of bounded linear operators. Finally, an example is provided to illustrate the main results.

On controllability for fractional differential inclusions in Banach spaces

In this paper, we investigate the controllability for systems governed by fractional differential inclusions in Banach spaces. The techniques rely on fractional calculus, multivalue mapping on a bounded set and Bohnenblust-Karlin's fixed point theorem.

Problemy sterowania pewnej klasy systemów liniowych o niepewnych parametrach

W pracy przedstawiono problemy sterowania dla pewnej klasy systemów dynamicznych liniowych o niepewnych parametrach. Rozważono systemy skończenie wymiarowe o niepewności parametrycznej, z dwuwymiarową przestrzenią niepewnych parametrów i liniową zależnością elementów macierzy stanu od niepewnych parametrów. Niepewne parametry systemu są opisane liczbami przedziałowymi. Wartości elementów macierzy sterowania i wyjścia systemu są dokładnie znane i opisane liczbami rzeczywistymi. Dla rozważanego systemu sformułowano warunki istnienia wyłącznie jednokrotnych wartości własnych oraz warunki sterowalności i obserwowalności systemu w obszarze niepewnych parametrów systemu. Wyniki zostały zilustrowane przykładami numerycznymi.

Representation of solutions of linear discrete systems with constant coefficients and with delays

The paper surveys the results achieved in representing solutions of linear non-homogeneous discrete systems with constant coefficients and with delays and their fractional variants by using special matrices called discrete delayed-type matrices. These are used to express solutions of initial problems in a closed and often simple form. Then, results are briefly discussed achieved by such representations of solutions in stability, controllability and other fields. In addition, a similar topic is dealt with concerning linear non-homogeneous differential equations with delays and their variants. Moreover, some comments are given to this parallel direction pointing some important moments in the developing this theory. An outline of future perspectives in this direction is discussed as well.
