    Quality of the logistic customer service in service area

    The paper presents the issue of customer logistics. Particular attention is given to the quality of customer service. It was assumed that this subject range includes three fundamental decision areas: logistic service provider - customer, logistic services system and the range of logistic services. Theoretical considerations are supported by an estimation of logistic customer services conducted on the basis of a logistics company.
