    The subject of this study was to analyze the logs of five boreholes from the area of Terliczka - Palikówka 3D seismic project. The results of analysis was used to create lithological model, velocity model and density model, under which the changes petrophysical parameters were investigated. Acoustic impedance and reflection coefficients were calculated to construct synthetic seismograms. On the basis of seismograms well logging data and seismic data were combined. This enabled the identification of stratigraphic levels in the seismic sections. The next stage of work was to correlate the layers identified on the basis of well logging. The outcome, together with seismic sections was used to construct twodimensional seismogeological model of study area.
