    Bariery rozwoju handlu elektronicznego w Polsce

    W artykule dokonano próby odpowiedzi na pytanie, dlaczego Polacy tak rzadko decydują się na zakupy w Internecie w porównaniu z innymi krajami Unii Europejskiej. W tym celu przeanalizowano, jakie czynniki i w jakim stopniu powodują, że większość społeczeństwa wybiera tradycyjny sposób dokonywania zakupów. Analizę przeprowadzono na podstawie danych publikowanych przez Europejski Urząd Statystyczny, zawartych w raportach dostępnych w Internecie, a także badań ankietowych wykonanych przez autora.

    In the third survey conducted as part of the KlastER pro- ject (www.er.agh.edu.pl), representatives of institutions, organiza- tions, associations, foundations, etc. actively working for the de- velopment of distributed energy in Poland were asked to express their opinions and expectations regarding energy clusters, as well as broadly understood distributed energy (ER). The summary of the survey results is presented in the paper.

    The conception of cluster support policy in the realities of the Polish economy

    Over the years clusters have become a phenomenon of every economy. They should be treated as a vital mechanism that activates region development. Therefore, cluster-based policy gains an exceptional meaning. Selecting that model of policy, the problem of public aid and support instruments' appliance are crucial issues. Beside the aspects that were mentioned above, the author also discusses barriers and limitations which are connected with cluster-based policy. He also indicates the ways to overcome them. The conclusions and implications that are presented are for the most part the aftermath of the author's own empirical research on cluster development issues.
