Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Analiza pracy i opłacalności budowy przydomowych instalacji do oczyszczania ścieków(Data obrony: 2011-11-28) Wańska, Anna
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaWater is an essential ingredient for life. Because its belongs to exhausted resources it must be used in a rational way. Sewage - polluted, pathogenic and unable for human use water is a big problem. Removing contamination by using mechanical, physico - chemical and biological methods is a solution of the problem. In places where there is no sanitary sewer systems, commonly solutions are septic tanks or household sewage treatment plants. The main subject of work is the project of household sewage treatment plant for a detached house. Work of septic drain fields is more economical and ecological effective.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Charakterystyka stanu jakości środowiska wodnego w zlewni rzeki Widzówka (lewy dopływ górnej Warty)(Data obrony: 2014-06-11) Popek, Michał
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaWidzówka river catchment area is located on the border between provinces Silesia and Lodz, taking place also on municipalities Klomnice and Kruszyna. Research area was characterized including factors as location, climate, geological, hydrological and hydrographical structures. River draining nature and the existence of the hydraulic ties between groundwater to surface water were proved on the basis of hydrogeological mapping methode and river flow rate. Sozological mapping identified potential sources of pollution, which are the service sector and industrial sector, transport routes and primarily agricultural character of the catchment area. Spot evaluation of groundwater quality allowed to determine their chemical status as good because the concentration limits for calcium compounds and nitrate were exceeded. Water generally is microbiologically safe and apropiate for human consumption without the need of purification. Surface waters do not indicate a significant effect of anthropogenic impacts - analysis of physical and chemical parameters allowed to determine the status of Widzówka as „less than good”.
