It was done for LGOM geological conditions. After several computer simulations results were digital processed. These results were performed as function of displacements, velocities and accelerations in the chosen points of numerical models.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Diagnostirovanie tehničeskogo sostoâniâ skvažiny po dinamike izmeneniâ debita(2008) Kolonskih, Aleksandr V.There are several problem of Usinsk oil field development. One of problems is a small level of study of processes occurring in a reservoir. Other complication is connected with a problem of production well measuring with heavy oil. Well production indicator "Sputnic-Neftemer MK.10" allows making measuring of production well with heavy oil. Moreover measuring of production well is made on three components (oil, water and gas) constantly in time. This measuring instrument allows investigating of producing oil well operation dynamics. The similar analysis of producing oil well operation has been made. There are two basic methods of oil well operation. It is submersible electro centrifugal pump and submersible electro screw pump. Dynamics of submersible electro centrifugal pump operation has spasmodic character and submersible electro screw pump operation has smooth character. Dynamics of oil well operation with submersible electro centrifugal pump and submersible electro screw pump is connected with relaxation properties of Usinsk heavy oil and unsteady composition of well production at pump suction. Modern mathematical devices were used for analysis (Wavelets analysis, Fourier analysis and other).Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Endurance analysis of Koepe pulleys with peripheral ribs(2012) Wolny, Stanisław; Ładecki, BogusławThere are numerous hoisting installations operated in Polish mines that are equipped with winding gear incorporating a Koepe pulley reinforced with peripheral ribs, where the symptoms of fatigue cracking are often revealed. Current repairs of those areas help mitigate for this undesirable phenomenon for a short time only. In order to eliminate this problem, steps have been taken to identify the origins and propagation patterns of fatigue cracks in Koepe pulleys. A numerical model of a Koepe pulley is developed and the endurance analysis is performed by the FEM method, preceded by a dynamic analysis of the normal duty cycle of the hoisting installation. The results of dynamic and endurance analyses are verified through experimental testing on a real object, involving force and stress measurements taken at selected points on the Koepe pulley. Those measurement data provide the background for the fatigue endurance assessment and new redesigns of the Koepe pulley structure.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Modelling the impact of active fault on excavation chambers in the conditions of Legnica-Glogow Copper Area(2012) Walaszczyk, Jan; Wiewiórka, DariuszW pracy przedstawiono wybrane zagadnienia związane z komputerowym modelowaniem zjawisk dynamicznych w górotworze. Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Modelowanie wpływu zaburzeń tektonicznych na drgania stropu w górotworze uwarstwionym(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2008) Walaszczyk, Jan; Wiewiórka, DariuszPhenomenon of dynamic relieving present in paper and methodic of numerical modeling this problem. The alternative approach consists in application of the specialized software packages that allow the use of more sophisticated models, but at the cost of restricted access to the intermediate results as well as the limited range of possible modifications of models and solution algorithms. The authors focused on application of the co-simulation technique in analysis of manipulators’ dynamics. Co-simulation consists in application of specialized software packages to formulation of the dynamic model. Next, the model is simulated with use of a general purpose computing environment and co-operating specialized software package. The authors used Matlab/Simulink computing environment and MD ADAMS software package. The paper presents comparison of results, problems of application, as well as remarks on educational applicability of manipulator dynamics analysis with use of the simulation and the co-simulation techniques. Two examples of a manipulator dynamics modelling were considered. One example with a considerably simplified mass spatial distribution, and another one with a mass distribution corresponding to a real commercial manipulator. The achieved analysis results confirmed that application of the co-simulation technique eases the use of complex models in analysis of manipulator dynamics with use of the general purpose computing environments.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Significance of cutting process parameters as related to improving dynamic state of roadheader and minimizing power consumption(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2017) Cheluszka, Piotr; Dolipski, Marian; Sobota, PiotrThe process of mechanical excavation, especially that of hard rocks, is very dynamic. This results in heavy loads and vibrations in the cutting system of a roadheader, the drive units of the mechanism related to the excavation process, and the load-carrying structure of the roadheader. The ad verse dynamic state that stems from excessive dynamic loads or even overloading will cause a high failure rate in the roadheader and low efficiency of its operational process (high energy consumption, low productivity), thus leading to high costs of driving tunnels using the mining method involving roadheaders. This article presents selected results of extensive computer studies on the impact of cutting process conditions on the dynamic state of a boom-type roadheader equipped with transverse cutting heads and on the energy consumed during the excavation process. On one hand, cutting process conditions result from properties of an excavated rock material and, on the other hand, from process parameter values set up during the excavation of tunnels. Simulation studies conducted using experimentally verified mathematical models made it possible to identify relationhips that link dynamic loads of the body of a boom-type roadheader and energy needed for mining to the cutting process parameters of rocks with different compressive strengths. The regulation properties obtained in this way show the possibility of reducing dynamic loads of the roadheader through the proper control of cutting process parameters, including the angular speed of the cutting heads. By equipping the roadheader with a cutting head inverter drive system, it is possible to adjust the speed to the cutting process conditions by changing the supply voltage frequency of an asynchronous motor installed in the roadheader's cutting system.
