Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania georadarowe fragmentu płyty rynku w Bochni(Data obrony: 2011-11-16) Figarski, Mateusz
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThis paper was written based on GPR research carried out on a part of the marketplace board in Bochnia, in June 2009. This thesis describes the theoretical basis for GPR methods, including construction of measuring equipment, or the most important definitions related to electromagnetic wave propagation in the facility. It also provides key information related to the area of research. Conduct of the study is presented in terms of data acquisition, processing and interpretation. The aim was to locate potential places where an anomaly is. The study were performed with MAL? Geoscience ProEx's GPR, using unshielded antennas for 200 MHz frequency. To process the received data was used program Reflex,k written by Sandmeier. It was shown that GPR method is particularly suited at the initial stage of archaeological research.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania georadarowe otoczenia pałacu w Dowspudzie(Data obrony: 2011-01-14) Jamrozy, Franciszek
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaGeoradar researches, the present master’s thesis bases on, have been executed surrounding of palace of Ludwik Pac in Dowspuda. The purpose of this study was to lay down the potential sites where the remains of foundations and other architectural elements of buildings demolished. Echogram obtained were processed in the Reflex. As a result of interpretation areas on which no anomalies are appearing were allocated. Next the probable course of foundations was appointed in eastern subarea. Carried analysis has showed, that georadar researches are checked in initial phase of archeological search very well.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania gruntu w rejonie katastrofy budowlanej w Szczygłowicach za pomocą metody GPR(Data obrony: 2010-09-01) Stopa, Monika
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe thesis presents the application of the GPR method in evaluation of the range of near surface effects of subsidence through caused by the fall of the ventilation shaft and present attempt of localization of sinkholes that may exist in the rock mass around the fallen shaft. On September 4th 2008, a hoist tower of the ventilation shaft V fell in together with surrounding buildings. The ventilation shaft was filled in uncontrolled way. As a result, a subsidence through around the shaft was formed. It had a diameter of 68 meters, which was observed on the surface. Five days after the accident, GPR measurements were taken with the use of 50 MHz antennas. The measurements were later completed with 200 MHz antennae. One of the GPR profile showed the borders of the disturbed zone. That zone ran between fallen shaft V and the nearby shaft VI. Other GPR profiles did not reveal borders of disturbed zone.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania torfowisk w Wigierskim Parku Narodowym za pomocą metody GPR(Data obrony: 2010-10-26) Tomal, Szymon
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaGround Penetrating Radar is a geophysical method that uses the reflection of electromagnetic wave. This reflection is possible on the border of two media, differing in dielectric constants. The greater the contrast, the more likely to register anomalies. The method was applied, among others in the study of structures bogs (setting of the thickness, direction layers, depth). In addition, good results are in such areas as environmental protection, engineering studies, archeology and many other. Bog, this is one of the types of hydrated habitats so that there exists a characteristic vegetation and the processes of accumulation of organic sediments. The paper presents the results of measurements carried out in Wigry National Park.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Georadarowe badania struktury fundamentu na przykładzie pomiarów wykonanych w pawilonie B2 AGH(Data obrony: 2013-09-13) Strzępowicz, Anna
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThis thesis presents results of GPR measurements conducted with respect to localize spot footing foundation of the B2 building at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow. Thesis includes theoretical foundations of the method, its advantages, limitations and applicability in a geophysical research, description of the acquisition equipment scheme and measuring techniques. The measurements were made using georadar Mala ProEx equipped with two shielded-antennas (800 MHz, 1,6 GHz). Collected GPR data processing and visualization has been thoroughly examined. The study has shown that the obtained results allow precise localization of spot footing foundation.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Georadarowe badania transeptu kościoła św. Apostołów Piotra i Pawła(Data obrony: 2011-09-27) Liberacki, Marcin
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe GPR research on chich this thesis is based, were performer in St. Peter and Paul’s church in Kraków. The aim of this study was to find the locations of the crypts under the transept in the temple. The results in the form of echograms were processed by using Reflex application. The interpretation of the results allowed to separate areas where there are no anomalies. The GPR metod in archeological research gives very good results.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Wyznaczenie rozkładu pustek krasowych w rejonie Jaskini Twardowskiego za pomocą metody GPR (zdjęcie 3 - D)(Data obrony: 2012-09-26) Borek, Rafał
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe georadar method belongs to the group of non - invasive geophysical tools. The physical basis of GPR is presented and the measurement equipment and measurement method are described. The geological structure of the Zakrzówek horst is described in detail. The profiling was performed in a parallel grid to identify the distribution of karst cavities in the vicinity of the Twardowski cave. The obtained echograms were processed and then used to construct a three - dimensional model. Based on this, the geological structure of the study area was evaluated including the distribution of karst cavities and other underground karst forms. Also, echograms for antennas with other frequencies were given and possible errors in measurement parameter settings were shown.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Zastosowanie metody GPR w badaniach budynków mieszkalnych(Data obrony: 2010-09-03) Czaja, Klaudia
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe present elaboration comprises a description of the physical basis for the method of GPR. Based on the available literature presents the application of the GPR method, ways to measure and compile results. The results appear in the work are derived from measurements carried out by classical profiling in three buildings in Krakow and Kalwaria Zebrzydowska. An analysis echograms obtained and a sample of their interpretation.
