    The aim of the study was description of environmental conditioning in the Łańcut and Przeworsk district. The description of environmental conditioning is based on literature, on her base they made the characterization of forms of the conservation of nature in the north part of the podkarpackie voivodeship . At the work present a state of developing deposits of natural aggregates and forecasts were presented resources of perspective areas, genesis and geological structure deposit of natural aggregates. In the following parts the work was discussed legal conditioning associated with getting the concession for the use sand and gravel deposit. As a result of conducted analysis at the following work they stated that developing new deposits within the limits of protected areas was possible but met numerous and restrictive requirements put already on means documenting the deposit and obtaining the concession must be for using deposits.
