Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Bilans węgla w procesie flotacyjnego wzbogacania urobku rud miedzi w aspekcie ochrony środowiska(Data obrony: 2012-09-11) Stróżyńska, Anna
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe balance of organic carbon in the copper ore flotation process was conducted based on the results of analyzes of organic carbon content (TOC) and copper in 10 samples of copper ore mixtures made by mixing in different proportions of the three types of ores: carbonate, sandstone and shale collected from two mines of KGHM PM SA: Polkowice - Sieroszowice and Rudna. It was examined the relationship between yield of Cu, beneficiation TOC, TOC content in the feed, TOC content in the concentrate, and beneficiation of Cu and found that high beneficiation Cu correlates with high TOC beneficiation. Samples with the highest Cu yield of approximately 90% characterize of a comparable content of TOC in both the feed and concentrate. The samples with organic carbon content to 2 wt%, reaching the TOC content in the concentrate at a level of 3 to 6 % are highest in cooper beneficiation. The lowest beneficiation Cu (2,2%) showed sample, which was a mixture of shale, characterized by the highest content of TOC in both the concentrate and in the feed.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Investigation on possibility of opaque minerals removal from foid bearing rock(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Özün, Savas; Atalay, Ümit; Kadioğlu, Yusuf KaganFoid bearing rocks are one of the most major felsic intrusive rocks of Central Anatolian Crystalline complex (CACC) which are observed at the inner part of central Anatolia, Kirsehir, Turkey. Foid bearing rocks are mainly constituted from three different subunits: nepheline syenite, nepheline diorite and nepheline gabro. Nepheline syenite is represented the abundant lithological composition of alkaline magmatic rocks in the region. In this study the removal of mica, (ilmenite) iron-titanium oxide and magnetite minerals in Nepheline Syenite rocks from Central Anatolian Crystalline Complex, Turkey is investigated by flotation at alkali condition following to this high intensity wet magnetic seperation (HIWMS) was applied. The best results were obtained from - 106 + 38 microns particle sizes nepheline syenite feed. A concentrate with 7.84% $K_{2}O$, 11.22% $Na_{2}O$, 0.22% $Fe_{2}O_{3}$ and 0.01% $TiO_{2}$ content was produced with of 62.5% recovery by weight.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Problemy wzbogacania polimetalicznych rud Mo-W-Cu ze złoża Myszków(2006) Mączka, Wiesław; Ociepa, Zofia; Pieczonka, Jadwiga; Piestrzyński, AdamFormation and structure of molybdenum-wolfram-copper deposit in the Myszków area are presented. The beneficiation technology of such ores is discussed. The results of laboratory beneficiation test are shown. Taking into consideration results of mineralogical analysis of selected flotation products and effects of beneficiation, the factors effluent on quality of concentrates and recovery of metals are discussed.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Rozkład Zn i Pb w pionowych profilach gleb w otoczeniu składowiska odpadów flotacyjnych w Bukownie(Data obrony: 2011-10-06) Bauer, Mirosław
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe purpose of this study is to determine the zinc and lead contamination of soils in the surroundings of waste dump in the Bukowno region, distribution of the analyzed metals in the vertical soil profiles, as well as defining the potential mobility of Zn and Pb in the environment. In the thesis potential emission sources and the state of environment contamination with analyzed metals were discussed. Conducted research showed, that the soil in the surroundings is very heavily polluted with zinc and lead. The participation of mobile forms of metals were found, which probably migrated from surface into deeper layers of soils.
