    Thea im of this work is presentation of the environment impact assessment freeway A4 on in community Niepołomice. This area is located in the Małopolska province in the Wieliczka district. The discussed area is characterized by occurrencig wide meadows, fields, buildings and in the East part is area Nature 2000. This work represent impact assessment of enterprise to various natures components, also in implementations phase and running phase. This influence is limiting to near area of way. In bulding phase influence will be local and temporal. It will be: land deformation, landscape modification, areals waters and soils spoilage, land development deformation, wild animals and theirs habitat danger, tree chop down, meadows devastation and bad changes of acoustical climate. During running phase influence will be permanent and locate along freeway. It will be for example: landscape modification, areals waters, wild animals danger, pollutions and noise emission. This work also shows way of minimization bad impact assessment on environment.
