    Interpretacja wyników powierzchniowych badań geochemicznych wykonanych w rejonie złoża gazu ziemnego Kościan w świetle najnowszych badań geologicznych i sejsmicznych

    This study presents the results of surface geochemical research, carried out in 1994 along cross-sections above the Kościan natural gas deposit. The field investigation has been carried out using free gas method. Laboratory analysis have been performed using gas chromatography. The sets of hydrocarbon concentrations have been exposured on statistic analysis, and subsequently integrated with identified geologicaldeposit model. Based on the performed analysis, potential reasons of higher concentration of hydrocarbons in the near-surface layers have been found out. The areas have been also indicated, where unknown until now potential for in-depth accumulation of hydrocarbons exists. The analysis that have been carried out confirmed relation between results of surface geochemical survey and existing geological-deposit model.
