    The „Zygmuntówka” Quarry located on the southern slope of the Czerwona Góra is extraordinarily interesting compound which has long and rich exploitation history that dates back to the 16th century. Zygmuntowski Conglomerate mined there is among the most beautiful and the most decorative rock materials in Poland. In the excavation plenty of geological processes occurring in the past and nowadays can be observed. After exploitation the excavation hasn’t been reclaimed or developed in any way. In the paper project of geotouristic development of the quarry underlining its geological values is presented. There is also a teaching path marked out as well as information boards designed. Furthermore, an improvement of the touristic infrastructure is proposed in the paper.
