Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , An application of the NSGA-II algorithm in Pareto joint inversion of 2D magnetic and gravity data(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Miernik, Katarzyna; Węglińska, Elżbieta; Danek, Tomasz; Leśniak, AndrzejJoint inversion is a widely used geophysical method that allows model parameters to be obtained from the observed data. Pareto inversion results are a set of solutions that include the Pareto front, which consists of non-dominated solutions. All solutions from the Pareto front are considered the most feasible models from which a particular one can be chosen as the final solution. In this paper, it is shown that models represented by points on the Pareto front do not reflect the shape of the real model. In this contribution, a collective approach is proposed to interpret the geometry of models retrieved in inversion. Instead of choosing single solutions from the Pareto front, all obtained solutions were combined in one »heat map«, which is a plot representing the frequency of points belonging to all returned objects from the solution set. The conducted experiment showed that this approach limits the problem of equivalence and is a promising way of representing the geometry of the model that was retrieved in the inversion process.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Geological-geophysical deep model along the Transcarpathian seismic geotraverse Dobromyl-Krakovets(2008) Moroshan, Roman; Zayats, KhrystynaAccording to reinterpretation results of seismic data together with gravimetry and electrometry in direction of Dobromyl-Krakovets geotraverse, a model of geological cross-section was built, which is studied from the position of oil and - gas bearing prospects.Item type:Book, Access status: Restricted , Grawimetria stosowana(AGH. Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThesis concerns the quantitative interpretation of the vertical distribution of gravimetric survey. Discusses the theoretical basis of research in mining shafts, and shows the method of calculating the density interval. The possibilities of using gravimetric measurements to update the old geological data. Shown the possibility of using distributions of anomalies to determine the physical parameters of body disturbing, which include thickness, density and range horizontal. Also presented how the individual parameters affect the shape of the curve anomalies.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Kompleksowe badania geofizyczne na stanowiskach archeologicznych(Data obrony: 2014-07-31) Cichy, Krzysztof
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaDue to the rich historical aspects, the town of Wislica was a subject of archaeological investigations for many years. Application of geophysical methods allows to examine huge area in a short time, which results the limitation of sites where archaeological works are needed, in the effect time and costs of archaeological investigations may be highly reduced. Conducting of geophysical surveys in archaeological sites located in areas with high antropopression is a challenge due to the serious interpretation ambiguity and appearance of interferences. This thesis proves that applying of various geophysical methods, in the same investigation site, leads to reduction of interpretation ambiguity and reduces the risk of omitting of archaeological objects. In the thesis three geophysical methods were used, i.e.: Ground Penetrating Radar, Electrical Resistivity Tomography and microgravimetry.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Modelowanie profilu grawimetrycznego przechodzącego przez Pieniński Pas Skałkowy(Data obrony: 2017-09-26) Popiołek, Damian
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaIn master thesis has been applied process of modeling the tectonic structures, the gravity impact of which simulates measured values of gravity. The gravimetric models has been presented along the profile passing through Polish Outer Carpathians, Pieniny Klippen Belt and Polish Inner Carpathians. In the construction of density models have been used geological data such as drilling, geological sections and results of deep seismic surveys. The 2D modeling has confirmed hypothesis about Pieniny Klippen Belt as a separating zone of the Carpathians: the Outer Carpathians built of flysch rocks and Inner Carpathians built mainly of crystalline rocks.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Opracowanie programu do grawimetrycznej interpretacji jakościowej(Data obrony: 2010-02-11) Jarosz, Grzegorz
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaAbout the work is closely related to gravimetry, which is one of the geophysical methods. Gravimetry is based on the theory of gravity. The aim of this study was a qualitative interpretation of gravity survey. Therefore, I devoted part of my work for a better understanding of the theory of the program. While the second part is devoted to the source code of my application, and how they work. The program is called IntGrawit and is included on the CD that came to the thesis with source code.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Program do profilowego modelowania grawimetrycznego 2,5D(Data obrony: 2012-09-27) Biernacki, Kacper
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe aim of this thesis was the creation of an application programfor2.5Dgravitymodelingacross the profile. The program allows the approximation of objects with four blocks and use them to modeling the effect of gravity, so that it is possible to adjust the measured and modeled curves. In the first part of the thesis are presented the theoretical basis for gravity modeling, the general outline of the program and a description of its functionality and technology used for application creation. In the second part has been discussed in detail the process of creating the program and individual functionality, and provides algorithms for data processing and error handling used in the program.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Surveying support in geophysical methods(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2014) Matwij, Karolina ; Matwij, WojciechTraditional methods to identify the geological structure of the rock mass are based mainly on the analysis of cores from boreholes. Today, more and more often geophysical methods are introduced to support classical methods or completely replace them. One of the major advantages of this type of measurement is non-invasive analysis of the rock mass.
