Analiza możliwości wykorzystania funkcji biblioteki »OpenCV 1.0« do automatycznego dopasowania zdjęć lotniczych

In this paper the way of using functions from open source library to image processing in matching algorithm is presented. The correlation algorithm which use library functions useful to image matching is describe, take into problems and advantages came from air images. During the experiments optimal size of template and value of correlation coefficient decided if matching is correct were established. The research was done on real images and different texture. The method of the generated before grid was tested too. Matching points covered the area of stereograms and are located evenly on the stereograms, which is necessary in relative orientation process.

To show history and encourage the discovery of it is not an easy task. This requires not only substantive correctness, but also an understanding of the audience, which can be characterized by different skills, sensitivities and personal experiences related to the fate of the community. Especially when the history is forgotten or for some reason is not clear from various interpretations, this task can require specific skills. The group of professionals who work on such studies today very often have to include designers. Their task is to find the form and the way to get to the users. The purpose of this paper is to show the possibilities of modern design in relation to the promotion of history. The good example will be the City of Bedzin and the history of the Jewish community which once lived there in large numbers.

Przetwarzanie obrazu i jego uogólniony kontrast względny

Opisano analizę znanych podejść do obliczania uogólnionego kontrastu obrazu po nieliniowych przetwarzaniach statystycznych. Zaproponowano metodę obliczania uogólnionego kontrastu względnego obrazu po jego nieliniowych przetwarzaniach statystycznych. Pokazano, że nie jest on uzależniony od kontrastu obrazu wejściowego, jego treści oraz rozkładu prawdopodobieństwa poziomów jasności czy też histogramu obrazu, a jest charakterystyką tego przetwarzania.

Ratunek dla gospodarki czy zagrożenie ze Wschodu? Ukraińcy w nagłówkach »Gazety Wrocławskiej«

The aim of the article was to examine how a regional portal tells the stories about the Ukrainian migrants living in Lower Silesia. The objective of the research was the articles with the headlines in which the lexeme »Ukrainian« is present. The chronological scope covered media statements published on www.gazetawroclawska.pl in 2019. The previous research on the linguistic image of an Ukrainian in the Polish language led to the conclusion that Polish-Ukrainian relations are strongly historically conditioned and often inscribed in a three-part opposition: an Alien – Other – A Local boy. As a result of content analysis, typical headline constructions were decoded, announcing texts about Ukrainians on the website of »Gazeta Wrocławska«. The dominant functions of headlines, the linguistic means used there, the lemmas with the highest frequency and the stereotypes were determined. Referring to the issue of familiarity and foreignness and noticing the ethno-stereotypes about the Ukrainians in the analysed media messages, a diversified image of Ukrainian migrants was reestablished – presented as victims, a threat but also an opportunity.

Rozszerzony model logarytmicznego przetwarzania obrazów

The analysis of the Jourlin-Pinoli model for logarithmic image processing is shown. Extended model using new universal algebra for logarithmic image processing is build. This method is based on the new universal algebra with extended operations of addition and multiplication by scalar. The results of such operation are real numbers, which can be not only positive but also negative. New method for images enhancement with affine transforms is proposed. The studies are illustrated by computational examples.

Wykorzystanie metod kontrastu lokalnego do wykrywania krawędzi w obrazie

A simple method of edges detection have been described. It is based on the method of local contrast enhancement and it is distinguished by increased sensitivity of the brightness difference. It enables the edges detection even for a minimal brightness difference because of a more sensitivity method of the derivative calculations based on the relative differences between brightness levels. It is possible to use that method instead another ones, as Stobel's one for example, in more complicated calculations, as Canny's method, for example. These create a new possibility to increase a sensitivity of the edges detection methods.

Wzmacnianie kontrastu obrazu jako jeden ze sposobów poprawy jego jakości

The analysis of known approaches to image quality enhancement with contrast amplification by global transformation is carried out. The original biparametric method for image gray level transformation, which uses pixel contrast evaluation with respect to fixed adaptation gray level, has been proposed. In association with local contrast transformation it provides image quality enhancement. The effectiveness of proposed approach is illustrated with examples.
