Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Analiza wpływu szumów na jakość rekonstrukcji w dualnym systemie tomograficznym(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Włodarczyk, Jarosław; Lewandowski, SławomirThe article presents the analysis of the noise influence existing in measuring raw data on the quality of the reconstruction images in Dual Modality Tomography DMT (Dual Modality Tomography) which consists of the gamma tomograph and the electrical capacitance tomograph. During an experiments all combinations of the noise-free and noise-data were analyzed by introducing to raw data 10 percent white noise, then examined his influence on the quality of the reconstruction and the ability of the reconstruction algorithm DMR to correct the data.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Application of electrical capacitance tomography system for non-invasive phases distribution detection in gas-liquid mixtures(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2010) Fidos, Henryk; Wajman, Radosław; Banasiak, Robert; Sowiński, Jarosław; Sankowski, DominikThe aim of this paper is to show the capabilities of the Electrical Capacitance Tomography (ECT) system as a technique for real-time three-dimensional examination of the parameters of the two phase flow structure. The main advantages of the ECT method over other techniques is a fact that this is a non-invasive, non-intrusive and, in addition, a very fast technique for investigation of the distribution of any dielectric materials. The ECT image provides the information about the flow fraction profile. Due to the high speed of ECT measurements it is possible to find out the velocity profile and mass flow rate.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Generowanie macierzy wag na potrzeby rekonstrukcji obrazu w przemysłowej tomografii gamma(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Lewandowski, Sławomir; Włodarczyk, JarosławWeight matrix is indispensable element in algebraic image reconstruction techniques (ART, SIRT etc.) in computed tomography. Classical approaches to weight matrix generation are well-known. In this paper a new approach to weight matrix generation for gamma-ray tomography is given.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Image reconstruction based on rotatable ECT sensor(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2008) Liu, Zhijian; Babout, Laurent; Banasiak, Robert; Sankowski, DominikZastosowania elektrycznej tomografii pojemnościowej obejmują wiele obszarów aplikacji przemysłowych. Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Metody wyznaczania map czułości dla systemu tomografii optycznej(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2007) Przywarski, Rafał; Grudzień, Krzysztof; Romanowski, Andrzej; Rząsa, Mariusz R.; Wajman, RadosławImage reconstruction is a first stage of deriving information about the industrial process state for majority of process tomography applications. Therefore, image preparation on the base of tomography modality-specific properties, is the most important step in phenomena investigation with use of tomography. For optical modality, visual properties of the medium present in an explored space is deployed. Measurement space are illuminated with a few beams of visible light rays, and after traveling through the examined region, the incident light is sensed with detectors. Based on differences in medium transparency level and some other phenomena like reflection, refraction, etc., the image corresponding to a given space. The process of image reconstruction utilizes the sensitivity matrix. The paper presents two methods of sensitivity matrix determination. The first one assumes the light rays to be segments. The other one makes an assumption of the fixed width of light beams. Both methods are using the concept of light tracking from source to detector. The comparison of both methods identifies advantages and disadvantages of the two solutions. The study was conducted with use of numerical simulation and multiphase (gas/liquid) flow experiments in vertical column.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Nowa koncepcja czujnika tomografu pojemnościowego do badania przeciwprądowych przepływów gaz-ciecz(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Rząsa, Mariusz R.; Wajman, RadosławA measurement system for gas-liquid counterflow investigation is presented. On account of the structure exceptionality of the process a new capacitance tomography sensor was designed. The border area of the sensor is characterized by the higher level of sensitivity as in classical solutions. A new capacitance transducer to frequency was also designed. In the paper the preliminary results obtained with the new measurement system are presented and discussed.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Optyczny tomograf procesowy składający się z pięciu projekcji(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2007) Rząsa, Mariusz R.; Grudzień, Krzysztof; Romanowski, Andrzej; Wajman, RadosławThe paper presents the optical tomograph in which a tested object is illuminated from five locations. Measurement of luminous intensity is changed into a discrete signal (0 or 1) in the detectors including 64 optical sensors. Next, the measuring results are subjected to reconstruction according to a matrix algorithm of reconstruction. A detailed description of the measurement sensor is presented in the paper. The paper covers a discussion on the principle of operation of the electronic system for changing a light signal received by the detector into a discrete electronic signal. The authors describe a path of the light beam, taking into account optical phenomena occurring at the phase boundary white light is passing through the sensor wall and phenomena inside the measurement space. A method of the sensor calibration is analyzed and a way of technical realization of the presented problem is discussed, as well. The presented idea was elaborated in order to test two-phase, gas-liquid flows however, it can be also applied in tests of other objects with a distinct phase boundary.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Regularization-based reconstruction for parallel accelerated magnetic resonance imaging(Data obrony: 2017-01-23) Molendowska, Malwina
