    Ocena wpływu ekosystemów leśnych Puszczy Niepołomickiej na jakość płytkich wód podziemnych

    In this paper, an attempt was made to estimate the influence of forest ecosystems of Puszcza Niepołomicka to the quality of shallow underground waters and identification of pollution sources. Characteristics of the examined area were made. Its location, morphology, climatic hydrographical, soil and hydrogeological conditions were introduced. Special attention was made to biogenic compounds. Differences in concentrations of these compounds in samples taken from Puszcza Niepołomicka and those from bald areas were observed. Changes in measured parameters and compound concentration levels depending on sort of habitat, type of soil and season were noticed.
