    This paper contains an analysis of the iterative auctions for a multi-commodity model. Two iterative algorithms are proposed. A research including market simulations shows that the proposed algorithms often encourage bidders to reveal true valuations of their offers. The preferred number of iterations should be rather lower then 5 or 6, then greater. This can be achieved by calibrating the parameters of the auction.
