    This research work is presenting the regulations on waste management in Poland, issues of incineration of the municipal waste, which is considered as biomass and balance of energy from biomass. This research work describes problems of waste management, as well as the proposes solving these problems, in the form of the structure of the installation of thermal transforming waste. The research work is describing national projects, being in the different stage of progress to balance producing by them „green energy”. In this way, the particular attention was paid to the production of energy from renewable sources, as well as for the total production of the electric energy through incinerators, which is a key objective of this work.
