    In the paper presents problems of basic materials' delivery to an exemplary Polish steel plant. The materials have been delivered to Mital Steel Poland Plant's storage from Brasil, Ukraine, Russia and Poland. The problems concern delivery organization, selection of contractors and delivery and reserves prognosis.
