Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , An analysis of the features of cast composite materials based on light alloys reinforced by particles(AGH University of Science and Technology Press, 2022) Dan, Olena LeonìdìvnaLight alloys are widely used in industry and everyday life due to their high physical and mechanical properties, wear and corrosion resistance, as well as low cost. In this regard, the use of light alloys as a basis for composite materials is both justified and expedient. The potential of these materials has not been fully used to this day, despite the growing interest in metal matrix composites and extensive investigations aimed at the development of production technology and the introduction of advanced systems based on light matrices. The article presents a short review of the analysis of the main components of the technology of cast composite materials based on light alloys of aluminum and magnesium reinforced by particles. Particular attention is paid to the choice of the matrix alloy, the type, size and amount of reinforcing particles introduced into it, as well as the thermal-time and kinetic parameters of the process.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Analiza możliwości rewitalizacji wybranego złoża ropy naftowej(Data obrony: 2011-10-11) Ruciński, Piotr Paweł

The manufacturing process of inwestment casting in the lost wax technology consists of a number of technological operations: preparing of wax models and their assembling in the model units, the preparation of ceramic mixture, successive layers of debris, wax melting in an autoclave, drying the samples at 100 °C, heating the samples at temperatures ranging from 400 to 700 °C. So far, the technology was based on the use of ceramic mixture, which the bond was hydrolysed ethyl silicate. Currently, due to environmental protection and improvement of working conditions, more and more binders with alcohol is replaced with an aqueous solution of colloidal silica. In the study, to create the individual layers a ceramic form, used regenerated ceramic mixture derived from foundry and green ingredients. The regeneration time was respectively 5 and 15 minutes. Used ceramic moulds after mechanical reclamation was given to sieve analysis to determine the grain size (di). Grain sizes 0.2, 0.4 and 0.63 mm were used for the coating of ceramic moulds. The paper presents results of research aimed at the determination of the relationship between tensile wet strength and grain size of ceramic mould: Rm = f[dL). Tests were conducted on cylindrical samples, which deposited the layers of reclaimed ceramic material.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Effect of grain size of the reclaimed matrix ceramic moulds used in the lost wax technology on the strength at high temperature(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2010) Kamińska, Jadwiga; Kolczyk, Joanna; Żymankowska-Kumon, SylwiaProduction technology of investment casting involves transmitting the elements of shape, dimensions and properties by filling in the appropriate liquid metal ceramic forms reproduced by a model made of wax removed by melting it. Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaW pracy dyplomowej omówiono sposoby rejestracji obrazu na matrycy cyfrowej i sposób zapisu w pamięci aparatu. Przedstawiono również sposoby powstawania szumu na zdjęciu cyfrowych. Powstały program do pełno bitowej odczytu pliku RAW został wykorzystany do przeprowadzenia analizy szumów matrycy. Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Spectrum localization of a perturbed operator in a strip and applications(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2021) Gil', MichaelLet $A$ and $\tilde{A}$ be bounded operators in a Hilbert space. We consider the following problem: let the spectrum of $A$ lie in some strip. In what strip the spectrum of $\tilde{A}$ lies if $A$ and $\tilde{A}$ are »close«? Applications of the obtained results to integral operators and matrices are also discussed. In addition, we apply our perturbation results to approximate the spectral strip of a Hilbert-Schmidt operator by the spectral strips of finite matrices.
