Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania grawimetryczne stref występowania pustek antropogenicznych na wybranych przykładach(Data obrony: 2013-11-14) Śliwa, Marta
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe thesis describes the results of microgravity studies in the area of occurrence of adits and mining tunnels in the neighbourhood of Olkusz at Silesia-Cracow Upland. The choice of this geophysical method was dictated by the depth of appearance of the void, and density contrast between seeking object and the surroundings. As a follow-up investigation method were used a GPR method. The results of microgravity researches have been analysed by qualitative (by using a polynomial method) and quantitative (by gravimetric modelling) interpretation. Finally the results of both methods was summarized together. Analysis of the received data allowed us to estimate the size, location and course of the tunnel.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Badania mikrograwimetryczne nad płytko leżącymi starymi sztolniami wydrążonymi w piaskowcu(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2009) Porzucek, SławomirShallow underground exploitation of mineral and rock resources has left behind shallow-seated workings that often are made accessible to tourists. Therefore the crucial matter is to determine the stability of the underground workings. Geomechanics research and modeling are applied to solving the problem. This paper presents the use of the microgravity method to recognize density distribution in the rockmass overlying old mining workings. Results of investigations made over three adits drifted in the Istebna sandstones. Rock slackness zones were discovered over two galleries. As a result of the gravity modeling, the size of the zones and bulk density decrease were obtained. The results should help in construction of right geomechanics model as well as qualitative evaluation of the condition of workings.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania mikrograwimetryczne wybranego poniemieckiego obiektu fortyfikacyjnego(Data obrony: 2017-01-19) Chojnacka, Anna
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaMikrograwimetria jest metodą wyodrębnioną z grawimetrii stosowanej. Znalazła ona zastosowanie m.in. do rozpoznawania pustek i przypowierzchniowych form antropogenicznych niewielkich rozmiarów. Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Grawimetryczne odwzorowanie geomechanicznego modelu stref rozluźnień w otoczeniu starego wyrobiska(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2008) Porzucek, Sławomir; Cała, Marek; Madej, JanuszContinuous as well as more dangerous discontinuous land surface deformations are one of hazards in post-mining areas. They result from collapsing underground workings, both recorded in mining maps and unrecorded. The position of unknown workings can be determined using the microgravity method, particularly applicable in built-up urban regions with dense infrastructure. The method is also useful in localization of deeper-laying hollows, measuring directly not only their gravity effects but also the effects of loosened zones within the rockmass above such hollows. The authors carried out modelling that combines geomechanical models and gravity models. The theory of geomechanics can determine the range and the dimensions of loosened zones overlaying underground workings. Due to gravity models it is possible to describe the shape of anomalies disturbed by the loosened zones and predict the conditions, in which they can be identified. Identifying zones with lowered density within the rockmass provides important practical guidelines as they help select proper position of boreholes used to inject backfill into old workings.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Interpretacja badań mikrograwimetrycznych przeprowadzonych na planowanym odcinku autostrady A-1 w rejonie Piekar Śląskich(Data obrony: 2011-10-10) Zięba, Maciej
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe mining of zinc and lead ore for centuries existed in the area of Piekary Slaskie after ere was depleted, hard coal was extracted. Many of these mines, shafts, adits has never been properly liquidated. This led to situation in which many areas have been susceptible to deformations. The task of the thesis is interpretation of the micro – gravity survey conducted by the Department of Geophysics, AGH University of Science and Technology Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Protection coordinated by Ph. D. Janusz Madej, assistant professor on planned route of the motorway section A1.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Interpretacja badań mikrograwimetrycznych przeprowadzonych w południowej części Inowrocławia(Data obrony: 2011-10-18) Piecuch, Marcin
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaSalt dome which is located shallowly beneath the of Inowrocław, had a strong influence on the terrain of the city. The the rock salt has been mined for many years. Unfortunately, exploitation had a strong influence on the development of karst phenomena in the cap and the dome. The task of the thesis is the interpretation of micro-gravity research results conducted in the southern part of Inowrocław to determine the location and parameters of the zones of reduced density.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Interpretacja badań mikrograwimetrycznych wykonanych wokół szybu IV KWK „Bielszowice”(Data obrony: 2011-10-10) Misiołek, Tomasz
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe aim of this paper is to interpret and evaluate the data provided by the Department of Geophysics at the Faculty of Geology, Geophysics and Environmental Science of the the ‘AGH’ University of Science and Technology in Kraków. The measurements were taken at mineshaft no. 4 of the Hard Coalmine ‘Bielszowice’, using the microgravity method. All the measurements were conducted by the Department of Geophysics, under the auspices of professor Janusz Madej. My evaluation of the data is to determine whether there are any existing fissures or incongruent areas in the vicinity of mineshaft no. 4 of the Hard Coalmine ‘Bielszowice’, which could constitute any potential risks for the stability of the shaft itself or its surrounding infrastructure.Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Interpretacja ilościowa rozkładów pionowego profilowania grawimetrycznego w wybranym szybie GZW(Data obrony: 2012-03-02) Trela, Damian
