Analiza systemu zabezpieczeń kopalni gazu ziemnego przed zanieczyszczeniami środowiska na podstawie kopalni RZESZÓW

Research works and further exploitation of gas deposits may bring about several consequences that ultimately result in the degradation of natural environment. To prevent this, norms of conduct and of counteracting were established. The greatest threat at the exploratory stage comes with seismic works, while at the exploitation stage the bore zone seems to cause most of the trouble. Hoverer, during exploitation, whole mining infrastructure poses potential threat to the environment. The analysis of the impact of the extraction of mine gas on the environment was conducted in Gas Mine “Rzeszów”. During the analysis, the pre-exploitation condition of local environment was compared with actual state. The result of the analysis clearly states, that the extraction of mine gas in Gas Mine “Rzeszów” does not impact local natural environment.

Badania gruntu w rejonie katastrofy budowlanej w Szczygłowicach za pomocą metody GPR

The thesis presents the application of the GPR method in evaluation of the range of near surface effects of subsidence through caused by the fall of the ventilation shaft and present attempt of localization of sinkholes that may exist in the rock mass around the fallen shaft. On September 4th 2008, a hoist tower of the ventilation shaft V fell in together with surrounding buildings. The ventilation shaft was filled in uncontrolled way. As a result, a subsidence through around the shaft was formed. It had a diameter of 68 meters, which was observed on the surface. Five days after the accident, GPR measurements were taken with the use of 50 MHz antennas. The measurements were later completed with 200 MHz antennae. One of the GPR profile showed the borders of the disturbed zone. That zone ran between fallen shaft V and the nearby shaft VI. Other GPR profiles did not reveal borders of disturbed zone.

Kierunki zagospodarowania terenów pogórniczych w rejonie Rybnika

W pracy została omówiona tematyka kierunków zagospodarowania terenów pogórniczych na przykładzie rejonu miasta Rybnika. Wykorzystano w tym celu materiały udostępnione przez Polską Grupę Górniczą, dostępną literaturę z zakresu rewitalizacji obszarów zdegradowanych oraz uzyskane wyniki z wyjazdów badawczych. Obszar badań obejmował dwa z czterech Ruchów Rybnickiego Okręgu Węglowego – „Marcel” i „Rydułtowy” oraz dwie nieczynne kopalnie – „Anna” oraz „Ignacy”. Celem pracy była dokładna analiza obecnych oraz przyszłych kierunków zagospodarowania tych terenów oraz przedstawienie alternatywnych propozycji ich użytkowania. Uzyskane wyniki wykazały, że zagospodarowanie obszarów pogórniczych w okolicach Rybnika jest prowadzone w różnych kierunkach, z których kierunek zielony zdecydowanie przeważa nad pozostałymi.

Kopalnia Lubelski Węgiel „Bogdanka” S.A. prowadzi eksploatację węgla kamiennego na obszarze Lubelskiego Zagłębia Węglowego. Teren należący do kopalni cechuje się niepowtarzalnymi walorami przyrodniczymi. Wydobycie wiąże się jednak z ingerencją w środowisko naturalne. Celem pracy jest analiza stanu wód i gleb na terenie kopalni na podstawie wyników badań monitoringu środowiska.

Ocena wpływu na środowisko kopalni dolomitu Józefka w gminie Górno

Celem projektu inżynierskiego była ocena wpływu na środowisko kopalni dolomitu Józefka w gminie Górno. Motywacją do rozpoczęcia pracy były opinie mieszkańców oraz to, że obiekt znajduje się na terenie otuliny Cisowsko-Orłowskiego Obszaru Chronionego Krajobrazu. Parametrem na którym skupia się praca jest hałas przemysłowy oraz nawiązuje do zanieczyszczenia pyłem. Dla symulacji pola akustycznego użyto programu HZP 2001. Analiza wyników pozwoliła na ocenę wpływu funkcjonowania kopalni Józefka jako znaczący. Dodatkowo w trakcie analizy danych zaobserwowano pozytywny wpływ usytuowania budynków gospodarczych od strony kopalni na poziom dźwięku docierający do budynków mieszkalnych.

Piaskowce szarogłazowe w Górach Opawskich, historia ich wydobycia i perspektywy surowcowe

Formed in the Early Carboniferous Period, the layers of greywacke are found in Poland, i.e. in the Eastern Sudetes, near the towns of Głubczyce and Prudnik. This type of sandstone is typically flysch. There are two active quarries in Poland, i.e. „Braciszów” and „Dębowiec” where greywacke is still extracted. It was also extracted until 1945 in the currently closed quarry. This type of sandstone features good physical and mechanical properties so it is ideal for aggregate road production. The growing demand for aggregate increases its production in active mines and requires aggregate resources in other areas to be evidenced.

A work about chosen underground geoturistic atraction Świętokrzyskie Mountains. It describes Raj Cave which is a form created on the natural way, also aboutKadzielnia which is the most popular place in the City of Kielce and it is natural reserve placed in the city centre and also about Krzemionki Opatowskie – a system of neonolit mines made by humans 4000 years ago. This work is trying to answer some questions of geouturistic future in this area, and what to do to save the natural character of this objects without stoping the touristic developement. The author of this work is also trying to explore the possible chances to make these objects more atractive for tourism.

Possible use of Voxler and MicroSation I/MINE programs in surveying

This article revolves around two new programs. Voxler published by Golden Software and I/MINE an expansion to Bentleys MicroSation. It shoves the use of bought products in survey, visualizations and analyses. The similarities and differences between the key options of both programs and final effects are shown clearly. The main focus of this article is on ways of imputing gathered data, grid options, visualization, editing 3D images and in case of I/MINE analysis. There are given some examples of the above. The final conclusion is that I/MINE can be far more useful in survey purposes. It gives a wider range of options, analysis and is much more user friendly.

Potencjał uzdrowiskowy, uzdrowiska Kopalnia Soli - „Wieliczka”

Kopalnia Soli „Wieliczka” to niezwykłe miejsce, które rok rocznie odwiedzają rzesze turystów. Jest to również bardzo cenny zabytek, nie tylko w skali kraju, ale też całego świata. Świadczy o tym wpisanie zabytkowej kopalni na listę Światowego Dziedzictwa UNESCO. W tak bogatej scenerii, utworzone zostało bardzo wyjątkowe uzdrowisko Kopalnia Soli „Wieliczka”. Wyjątkowość uzdrowisko zawdzięcza prowadzonym zabiegom leczniczym 135 metrów pod ziemią. Praca miała za zadanie ocenę potencjału oraz możliwości rozwoju, które posiada ośrodek. Wykonano ku temu analizę materiałów źródłowych oraz wnikliwą analizę metod badawczych oceniających jakość świadczonych usług.

Salt market characteristics in Poland on the example of the «Kłodawa» Salt Mine

This article is a brief summary of information on the salt market in Poland. In addition it defines the economic areas in which sodium chloride is used, the sources of salt production and the forms in which it occurs - brine, evaporated salt and rock salt. General information is also given on the evaporated and rock salt producers in Poland. The market shares of individual salt producers, importers and solid salt producers and the countries that are the largest salt producers in the world are also presented. The article generally describes terms the largest rock salt producer in Poland, i.e. Kopalnia Soli «Kłodawa» S.A. The degree of detail of the information provided has been deliberately limited due to its sensitivity and the protection of market data.
