Item type:Thesis, Access status: Restricted , Badania georadarowe na terenach eksploatacji górniczej dla celów budownictwa w rejonie Spodka w Katowicach(Data obrony: 2011-07-15) Mazurek, Ewelina
Wydział Geologii, Geofizyki i Ochrony ŚrodowiskaThe formation of void spaces of geological body on mining areas is common reason for terrain surface deformation. Buildings, located on such terrains, can be damaged or even destructed. The aim of this thesis is to research subsurface rock layers in the area of closed coal mine „Katowice”, for finding possible void spaces of orogeny - which can imperil residence of The Polish Radio Symphony Orchestra. The researches are based on the Ground Penetrating Radar Method. The radargram analyses show that there are no deformations which can endanger planned construction investment.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Creating a model of technical wear of buildings in mining areas with the use of fuzzy inference systems(2010) Rusek, Janusz; Wodyński, AleksanderThis paper presents procedure of creating model of progress of technical wear of buildings in mining areas using fuzzy inference systems. Three stage procedure was described and simulation example of technical state assessment for fixed model was analyzed. Final results showed that this type of approach is effective especially in buildings technical state assessment in case when input data are given as inexact linguistic forms.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Selected test methods for pipes and manholes used in mining areas(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2020) Pacześniowski, Krzysztof; Kalisz, Piotr JózefAs a result of underground deposit extraction, the pipes and manholes that constitute the basic elements of sewage systems are subjected to the influence of near-surface soil layer deformations at the place of their installation. For this reason, these elements intended for the construction of sewage systems in mining areas must fulfil special requirements related to the occurrence of additional loads and displacements. This article presents the pipe and manhole test methods developed at the Central Mining Institute, with a particular focus on elements of large sizes. The results of these tests are applied to assess the suitability of pipes and manholes for use in mining areas.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Specyfika deformacji powierzchni dla dzisiejszego polskiego górnictwa węgla kamiennego(2007) Kowalski, AndrzejThe specificity of contemporary determinants of mining extraction conducting in the aspect of surface protection and their effects in surface deformation was presented. Particularly the influence of the length of extraction longwalls and changeable extraction velocity on the dynamics of surface deformation growth. Attention was paid on the problem of rise of surface discontinuities in the form of steps and fissures at medium and high depth of extraction conducting.Item type:Article, Access status: Open Access , Zastosowanie geoinformatyki w dziedzinie ochrony terenów górniczych(Wydawnictwa AGH, 2006) Popiołek, Edward; Hejmanowski, Ryszard ; Krawczyk, ArturIn the paper first attempt to using informatics in the field of mining areas protection was characterized. The pioneering work with informatics technique in that field was described with comparing to the other science center's. The software for post mining deformation calculation and databases designed for infrastructure information handling was presented. At the end of paper actual research directions connected to geoinformatics was discussed.
